Durante la mayor parte del siglo pasado, algunos investigadores consideraron que los enfoques cuantitativo y cualitativo eran antag\u00f3nicos y no se pod\u00edan mezclar, por lo tanto, el mixto (que implica combinar los dos anteriores) era impensable, inexistente.
