locked=\u00bboff\u00bb global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Requisitos para la presentaci\u00f3n de protocolos:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Los documentos deben enviarse a este mail: <a href=\"mailto:protocolosceish@puce.edu.ec\">protocolosceish@puce.edu.ec<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Los documentos deben estar dirigidos a: Se\u00f1or Doctor Galo S\u00e1nchez del Hierro actual Presidente del Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica de la Investigaci\u00f3n en Seres Humanos.<\/li>\n<li>No se recibir\u00e1n documentos fotografiados, ni mal escaneados.<\/li>\n<li>Todos los documentos deben presentarse en PDF, sin paginaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Antes de llenar los formatos s\u00edrvase de revisar el documento \u201cGu\u00eda para la presentaci\u00f3n de protocolos\u201d para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Todos los documentos deben contener las firmas donde corresponda (obligatorio), las firmas electr\u00f3nicas deben ser verificables y\/o certificables.<\/li>\n<li>En relaci\u00f3n al anexo 3 \u201cProtocolo\u201d el investigador deber\u00e1 seleccionar un solo formato de acuerdo al tipo de investigaci\u00f3n que plantee en su proyecto. Llene todos los apartados, en caso de que una secci\u00f3n no corresponda a su investigaci\u00f3n coloque NO APLICA o en su defecto N\/A.<\/li>\n<li>Si tiene m\u00e1s ANEXOS, como cartas de otras instituciones o documentos que sean de importancia para el proyecto los puede adjuntar como ANEXOS.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de ser ESTUDIANTE (pregrado, posgrado, maestr\u00eda, doctorado), debe presentar la carta de aprobaci\u00f3n del tema de investigaci\u00f3n por parte de la facultad a la que pertenece.<\/li>\n<li>Presente las hojas de vida de TODO el personal de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Presente los instrumentos que utilizar\u00e1 para su investigaci\u00f3n. Los instrumentos son todas las gu\u00edas, manuales, preguntas para entrevistas, encuestas, formatos, hojas de c\u00e1lculo, etc. para la recolecci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>El CEISH no evaluar\u00e1 protocolos de investigaci\u00f3n cuya ejecuci\u00f3n est\u00e9 en desarrollo o ya se haya ejecutado a la fecha de presentaci\u00f3n de la documentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Todos los documentos deber\u00e1n ser presentados en idioma castellano. Cuando el idioma del protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n sea diferente al castellano, se deber\u00e1 presentar la versi\u00f3n original y su traducci\u00f3n oficial.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de la recepci\u00f3n formal de la documentaci\u00f3n se establecer\u00e1 un c\u00f3digo a su proyecto.
