Pueden ser ejemplo de ello los miembros de grupos estructurados jer\u00e1rquicamente, tales como estudiantes de medicina, odontolog\u00eda, qu\u00edmico-f\u00e1rmaco- biolog\u00eda y enfermer\u00eda, personal subordinado de hospital y laboratorio, empleados de la industria farmac\u00e9utica, miembros de las fuerzas armadas y personas que est\u00e1n detenidas o recluidas. _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>En general, todo estudio que involucre investigaci\u00f3n en seres humanos deber\u00e1 ser aprobado por un Comit\u00e9 de \u00c9tica de la Investigaci\u00f3n en Seres Humanos para que pueda ejecutar en Ecuador, independiente de su \u00e1rea de conocimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>La aprobaci\u00f3n de un CEISH garantiza el cumplimiento de los principios \u00e9ticos de la investigaci\u00f3n considerado los riesgos y beneficios de la investigaci\u00f3n para los participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Actualmente muchas revistas cient\u00edficas tienen dentro de sus requisitos para publicaci\u00f3n, la aprobaci\u00f3n de un CEISH. Las revistas quieren asegurarse de que las investigaciones que publican hayan sido evaluadas por un comit\u00e9 independiente que haya considerado los riesgos y beneficios de la investigaci\u00f3n para los participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Seg\u00fan la normativa actual (AM0005-2022):<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se consideran investigaciones<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>sin riesgo<\/strong>, aquellos estudios en los que no se realiza ninguna modificaci\u00f3n o intervenci\u00f3n intencionada sobre variables biol\u00f3gicas, psicol\u00f3gicas o sociales de los sujetos participantes, y en los cuales no sea posible identificar a los mismos. Entre otras: datos abiertos, fuentes secundarias de literatura, evaluaciones an\u00f3nimas. (AM 0005-2022, Art 43)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se consideran investigaciones de<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>riesgo m\u00ednimo<\/strong>, aquellas investigaciones en donde el riesgo es similar o equivalente a los riesgos de la vida diaria o de la pr\u00e1ctica m\u00e9dica de rutina. Los riesgos pueden estar relacionados con aspectos vinculados al registro de los datos y mantenimiento de la confidencialidad, con la exposici\u00f3n de los participantes a mediciones o procedimientos que, aunque sean de pr\u00e1ctica habitual, se repiten con mayor frecuencia o se realizan exclusivamente como parte de la investigaci\u00f3n propuesta. Entre otras: todas las investigaciones observacionales en el \u00e1rea de la salud, investigaciones con recopilaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n identificativa de seres humanos, revisi\u00f3n de datos anonimizados de historias cl\u00ednicas, mediciones y aprobaciones en \u00e1mbito educativo, nutricional, psicol\u00f3gico. (AM 0005-2022, Art 44)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se consideran investigaciones con<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>riesgo mayor al m\u00ednimo<\/strong>, aquellas en las que las probabilidades de afectar a los participantes (individuos o comunidades) son significativas o en las que la magnitud del da\u00f1o puede ser significativa. Incluye los estudios en los que se puede poner en peligro la vida, la integridad o la identidad de las personas o generar da\u00f1os prolongados o permanentes en ellas o en las generaciones futuras. Las consideraciones referidas a la confidencialidad de los datos y la exposici\u00f3n a procedimientos mencionadas anteriormente tambi\u00e9n aplican a este grupo.\u00a0 Entre otras investigaciones que utilizan informaci\u00f3n privada, datos personales, muestras biol\u00f3gicas o poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable.
